GibAnn Berryhill Edge: GibAnn is a research and medical services manager at UAMS in the Department of Internal Medicine. Her previous work has included high-school and college teaching positions, co-directorship for the Little Rock Writing Project at UALR, and business managing a Little Rock remodeling company. GibAnn is the founding board member of Miss Beverly's House. Dennis Edge: Dennis has been in the remodeling business for more than 20 years and managed the rehab of Miss Beverly's House, volunteering his time and expertise. He now managing the ongoing maintenance concerns of the property, and works full time for Kaufman Lumber of Little Rock. Nicola Burrow PhD: Nikki is an associate professor with Partners for Inclusive Communities at UAMS. Her work focuses primarily on evaluating the effectiveness of intervention programs for children and families impacted by substance abuse and mental health problems. Nikki is a CASA volunteer (Court Appointed Special Advocate for families involved with the child welfare system), a wife, and a mom/step-mom to kids ranging in age from 7 to 19. Jerusalem Greer: Jeru teaches full time for E-Stem Charter School, serves on the pastoral staff of R Street Community Church, is married, and a mother of two boys. Anya SaldaƱa: Anya worked for a non-profit child abuse prevention agency for five years as an in-home parent educator & supervisor at Healthy Families San Antonio. She is a part-time church administrator for Pecan Valley Family Church of San Antonio, Texas, married with one child, and another on the way. |
